B.O.B. is a "smiley faced" worker unit of the Vanguard.

Overview

B.O.B.s are human-designed construction robots, and are the most vital component of any Vanguard force.

Gameplay

B.O.B.s can harvest resources, build structures, repair mechanical units, and can be used to defend a Resistance base. Multiple B.O.B.s can work on a single structure at a time, reducing its construction time. They are produced from the command post. It takes a long time for a B.O.B. to mine a resource (at least therium), but their travel time is comparatively reduced.

Skills

• Repair: B.O.B.s can repair friendly mechanical units.
• Overcharge: B.O.B.s can be buffed by the command post's overcharge ability. When used, nearby B.O.B.s are overcharged, increasing their speed and armor as their power is diverted to their combat systems.

  • B.O.B from Overwatch, who like the B.O.B.s of Stormgate, is a bi-pedal robot.
