Habitats are a Vanguard structure in Stormgate. They function as supply depots.[1] They can be upgraded into a Solar Habitat or a rampart.[2]

In June, 2023, an idea the developers were toying with for the habit is to have the option to upgrade its supply with the press of a button, and in so doing, improve the production speed of a nearby structure.[3]
