Rosie Burnam is the proprietor and barkeeper of the Dancing Owlbear Drunken Phoenix Tavern.
Rosie is a burly human woman with greying brown hair. She has a long scar across her throat, and is pretty grouchy in general. According to Alex[1], the Stormguard did a favor for Rosie before the campaign started, and that is the reason she was willing to let them use the Dancing Owlbear as a front.
She has a 6-year-old daughter named Fela, and an adorable grey cat named Baphomet, "Baph" for short.
Rosie was killed by a fireball during a bluecoat raid on the Drunken Pheonix. Jorin made a deal with Sarissa involving her revival, but for now she is missing in action.
Dancing Owlbear[edit | edit source]
Has a large main room. Is the first place the Stormguard was based.
