The Storm Wardens are a semi-governmental organization tasked with handling the Storms.
This organization has several duties.
- The first is to vigilantly track the day and time of each storm, and calculate when the next will arrive. The time the storms appear shift in a mathematically predictable way, but it is not an easy calculation.
- The second is to man the bell towers around the city to warn citizens when storms are arriving.
- Third, they maintain the drainage systems that run through the city to channel rainwater out of the streets.
