The Vulcan is one of the defining units of the Vanguard, and was designed to counter the Infernals. About twice as tall as the multi-fighter mech, Vulcans are twenty foot (6.1m) tall war machines used by the Vanguard. They achieve flight using rocket packs, and are equipped with chain guns, though have also been observed to have micro-missiles and wrist-based cannons

Gameplay

Vulcans attack from range using chain guns. The gun inflicts AOE damage in a cone and increases in fire speed the longer the gun is firing. The rounds move through enemy units in a straight line, dealing damage to all of them. Vulcans excel at countering small units, though can be kited by Exos.

Vulcans cannot move through trees, but can clear them out with their jump jets ability.
